In partnership with the land seller, this former brownfield site was fully remediated to create a public green space downtown.
Groundbreaking & Community Celebration
June 2024
We broke ground on a rainy morning in June 2024. Later that same day, we hosted a community celebration with food, entertainment and activities, including a time capsule of hopes and dreams for the community, which will be buried on the site.
